The Gin Trolley experience deserves a chapter of its own.

Inspired by the great Anglo-Saxon cocktail bars, it represents an exclusive offering in Rome, and the in-house bartender arrives directly at the table with the precious gin trolley.

The motto is: “Take a seat, choose your Gin, mix a tonic, add a garnish and enjoy your Gin Tonic.”

For wine lovers, thanks also to the Coravin dispensing system, the aperitif is enriched with an ever-changing selection of some great wines such as Burgundy whites and Super Tuscans, along with many others.
